JOB SEARCH WORKSHOPS

Job Search Program is one of the successful programs of TESOC. We extend our support to prospective job seekers in securing jobs while assisting employers find experienced employees for their businesses. We also have a youth job search program, which focuses on the specific need of a newcomer youth and provides appropriate employment services. As a multicultural settlement services program our client pool is defined by various backgrounds from around the world.

Services for Employers

Our job search program is completely free for employers. We pledge to fulfill the needs of our partnering employer by providing them with the required number of qualified job seekers within 24 hours of the request.

  • Initial planning to understand the employer's organization and its human resources needs
  • Pre-screening applicants
  • Setting up schedules for interviews according to the employer's schedule
  • On-site recruitment opportunities
  • Wage / Training subsidies arrangement
Job Search Workshops (JSW)

We conduct 3 days Job Search Workshops every week wednesday to friday from 9:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.and assist for finding jobs.
